Yes, that is a picture of you shoveling noodles into your mouth next to your beautiful wife. 


We had the pleasure of some delightful company the other night for dinner and it was Asian theme night!  Among others, one of the dishes we made were these spicy sesame noodles.  


Truly a dish for anyone who likes sesame, spice, and peanut butter…  I’ve been eyeing this one for quite a while obviously 😉  


Plus a great vegetarian entrée to boot.  It’s got matchstick carrots, cucumbers, and noodles, all tossed with a peanut-buttery, spicy, tangy, gingery, garlicky, sauce and served at room temperature.  It was easy to make, it was tasty, it was a huge hit as leftovers for poker night the next day, it’s pretty much the perfect dish.  
Enough said.  

And no, I would never post anyone’s comments or pictures without their permission.  


And yes, permission obtained after several glasses of wine counts.
