Run towards the edge and just leap with your whole being..

So.  The fun news is I have moved into the realm of developing my own recipes.

And huh, it’s hard as shit.  Who knew?  But also immensely rewarding.  

Though the days of the counter-sitting-coffee-drinking-cookbook-reading rituals are far from over, this new arena is delightful and I have recently been delving into changing the properties and shapes of foods to, for lack of a better description, bend them to my will.

I would very much enjoy sharing some of these experiences, successes, and failures here along with your feedback, and hope to continue this through culinary school…

However, I must ask for your discretion.  Some of these recipes and ideas are my own and I need to keep them this way.  This blog is a private forum that can’t be googled, so please do not forward it to anyone, cut and paste, discuss with strangers on the street, etc.

With that said, tomorrow I am experimenting with duck and avocado and multiple applications there-in.
